All Major Units purchasable online ship via UPS or a freight carrier determined by Boat Specialists logistics team. To purchase a major unit that cannot be added to the cart, please reach out to the Sales Team. Most items not purchasable on the website will require delivery via freight carrier or specialized boat hauler.
For parts orders, shipping is provided via UPS Ground or USPS Priority and is determined by the Boat Specialists logistics team. Expedited shipping methods are available during the checkout process. The cutoff for same-day shipping is Noon, 12 PM PST Monday-Friday. If you require expedited processing, please call us before or after placing your order—expedited processing cannot be guaranteed.
Free shipping covers the base transportation cost and does not include oversized fees, residential delivery charges, limited access fees, lift gate fees, expedition fees, etc. Additional fees are added during the checkout process and listed on both the product pages and on the checkout page.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning an order. Make sure to get a tracking number for your shipment. Customers bear the responsibility to monitor the progress of any returned packages.
Please allow up to 5 business days during peak season for processing and shipping on all major units. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Customers may experience slight shipment delays due to a high volume of orders. We are actively working towards optimizing its services to best support this increase in demand. Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you experience difficulty with a part or accessory, please contact us. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues.
